How to jailbreak PS3 4.84 / CFW 4.84 Installing Process
- Extract requires files on your PC and extract them into one folder.
- Create root folder into your USB drive PS3>UPDATE.
- Copy and paste the MinVer checker file into the UPDATE folder.
- Rename MinVerPup to PS3UDPAT.PUP
- Go to PS3>Update and update it via mass storage. (If it says 3.56 or lower, then congrats you are ready to jailbreak. Above version don’t follow)
- Check the compatibility list and make sure your console is NOR or NAND.
- Plug your USB drive on your computer and replace the MinVer Checker file with HFW.
- Simple install HFW on your PS3 console. (If you are unable to install it simply, use safe mode to install HFW)
- Go to MiniWeb>htdocs and delete upload, uploaded and index file.
- Go to NOR NAND IDPS dumper, Copy all file and paste it under MiniWeb>htdocs folder.
- Run MiniWeb as administrator.
- Connect the internet to your PS3 console.
- Open the web browser and clear cache, cookies, and authentication.
- Press tringle File>Tools Set Blank homepage
- Reopen your browser and press start to put your MiniWeb IP address.
- Plug your USB drive on your PS3 second port.
- Click on index_nor.html.
- Now click on initialize exploitation. (If you face failure or error message. Keep trying)
- Once you got success message. Click on Dump 16Mb NOR Flash to USB device.
- Copy dump.hex file on your computer any safe place. I suggest you make 2-3 copies. Because it’s your original dump.hex file.
- Run MD5 Checker and open flash.hex file from the NORD NAND writer folder.
- Double click on hex file and paste this code “AB2B3A2E23FA731301260F5702FC4101” on second tab. If both code same. It’s mean you have the correct flash.hex file.
- Copy and paste flash.hex file on your USB root folder.
- Go to MiniWeb>htdocs and delete our all last time pasted file.
- Copy and paste all NOR NAND writer file into MiniWeb>htdocs folder.
- Open your PS3 browser and select index_nor.html. (Page title should be PS3 NOR Flasher)
- Click on initialize exploitation and wait for the success message. (Make sure your USB plugged into PS3 second port)
- After the success message click on patch NOR Flash memory.
- Once you got the successful message. Repeat dumper steps again to dump patched dump.hex file again.
- Copy and paste the patched dump.hex file into the PyPS3 Master Tool folder.
- Drag and drop patched dump.hex file on drag&drop_your_dump_here.bat file.
- The number of danger and warningshould be 0.
- Great now you are ready to install CFW on your PS3 console.
- Copy and paste PS3 CFW firmware on UBS PS3>UPDATE Folder. (Delete older files from USB)
- Go to update and update via storage media.

NP Decryptor
If you want to patch the PSN games then you must decrypt it first.
Installation:
* Download NP Decryptor
* Connect your PSP at your PC via USB
* Enter USB Connection
* Copy the NPD folder to PSPGAME
* Follow any of the below methods
Old PSN Games
Using the Tool:
* Download the game from the PSN.
* Locate EBOOT.PBP of the game to decrypt
* Change it's name to NP.PBP
* Copy the NP.PBP to PSP/GAME/NPD/ folder.
* Run NpegDecryptor.The game will be decrypted to the ISO folder with some name as 'NPEG-XXXXX.iso' 'NPUG-XXXXXX.iso'...it depends the region of the game.

Some games are unhackable and NP Decryptor can't decrypt them.So this method probably will help.I suggest this method to pandora users ONLY.
Using the Tool:
* Upgrade your PSP to 6.31 or 6.35 OFW.
* Download the game from the PSN.
* Locate EBOOT.PBP of the game to decrypt.
* Change it's name to NP.PBP.
* Copy the NP.PBP to PSP/GAME/NPD/ folder.
* Load the 6.31 or the 6.35 HEN, it depend the FW.
* Run NpegDecryptor.The game will be decrypted to the ISO folder with some name as 'NPEG-XXXXX.iso' 'NPUG-XXXXXX.iso'...it depends the region of the game.

WQSG_UMD & Prometheus
Installation:
* Download WQSG_UMD
* Download Prometheus v0.5 or Prometheus v0.6 beta1 or Prometheus ME631
* Connect your PSP at your PC via USB
* Enter USB Connection
* Follow any of the below methods
* Install files into your PSP

Using the Tool:
* Create an ISO of whatever 6.20-required game.
* Open that ISO in WQSG_UMD and browse to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
* Extract EBOOT.BIN to a temporary folder.
* Use PRXDecrypter (or ISO Tool) to decrypt the extracted EBOOT.BIN file and rename it to EBOOT.OLD.
* Extract the Prometheus RAR archive so you have prometheus.prx and a new EBOOT.BIN.
* In WQSG_UMD drag n drop the EBOOT.OLD, the EBOOT.BIN and the prometheus.prx files back to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
* Copy the ISO to your memory stick and try it out.

* Open that ISO in WQSG_UMD and browse to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.

* Use PRXDecrypter (or ISO Tool) to decrypt the extracted EBOOT.BIN file and rename it to EBOOT.OLD.
* Extract the Prometheus RAR archive so you have a new EBOOT.BIN.
* In WQSG_UMD drag n drop the EBOOT.OLD, the EBOOT.BIN and all the other prx files back to PSP_GAME/SYSDIR.
* Copy the ISO to your memory stick and try it out.
Also mentioned at the source is that KHBBS works using the above + this extra bit:
* For KHBBS, you have to decrypt BBS1/2/3.DAT then put back to PSPGAME/USRDIR
* For 5.00M33, you have to decrypt all PRX files (EBOOT.BIN,PSPGAME/USRDIR/MODULES/*.PRX) then repack the ISO
* Obvious modification on EBOOT.BIN/PRX files (like sceUtilitO) are not required.
Iso Tool
Installation:
* Download Iso Tool 1.957
* Connect your PSP at your PC via USB
* Enter USB Connection
* Extract files and put at your MS root the auto_cfw,PSP and the seplugins folders
Using the Tool:
* Dump your UMD in the memory stick.
* Going into the game menu on your PSP and launch Iso Tool.
* Select the ISO
* Select EBOOT decrypt.
* It will ask you to backup the EBOOT.BIN, press yes.
* After that it will ask you if you want to patch it, press yes again.
* Now it will ask you if you want to start, press yes.
* Now select the ISO again and press Patch Prometheus.
* Select any of the Prometheus versions.The ME631 modules are not included, install them manually in the iso tool folder.
* It will ask you to start, press yes
* Done, enjoy your game.
EDecrypt Tool
Installation:
* Download EDecrypt Tool v1.4
* Connect your PSP at your PC via USB
* Enter USB Connection
* Extract files and put at your MS root (or the folder EDecrypt direct to PSPGAME
Using the Tool:
* Dump your UMD in the memory stick.
* Install UMDGen 4.00 at your PC
* Open your UNTOUCHED ISO with UMDGen 4.00 and go to File -> File List -> Export... and save it as a .txt file (thisgame.txt for example)
* Close UMDGen
* Reopen UMDGen and reaccess the ISO File
* Retrieve the file EBOOT.BIN located in the folder PSP_GAME / SYSDIR of your ISO (clicking with right mouse button at it and choosing Extract Selected).
* Place this file in the ENC folder of your Memory Stick.
* Going into the game menu on your PSP and launchEDecrypt.1.3.Tool.
* Press [] to patch and decrypt your file (wait few seconds, then returns to XMB homebrew).
* Connect your PSP to your PC using your USB cable.
* At the ENC folder is a new folder called 'done'. Inside the file is located the patched EBOOT.BIN .
* With UMDGen, replace the original file EBOOT.BIN the new resulting file.
* Go to File -> File List -> Import... and import your previous .txt saved list (thisgame.txt for example), the program will warn you about force positions, but accept anyway
* Rebuild your ISO clicking at Save button and upload it to the folder ms0: / ISO of your Memory Stick.
* Your ISO is now working on your custom firmware M33,GEN,MHU,U3R and CFWE.

* Download Game Decrypter by Yoshihiro v4
* Connect your PSP at your PC via USB
* Enter USB Connection
* Extract files and put at your MS root (or the folder GameZDecryptZ direct to PSPGAME)
Using the Tool:
* Dump your UMD in the memory stick.
* Install UMDGen 4.00 at your PC
* Open your UNTOUCHED (an already decrypted one will work fine too in Game Decrypter v3+) ISO with UMDGen 4.00 and go to File -> File List -> Export... and save it as a .txt file (thisgame.txt for example)
* Close UMDGen
* Reopen UMDGen and reaccess the ISO File
* Retrieve the file EBOOT.BIN located in the folder PSP_GAME / SYSDIR of your ISO (clicking with right mouse button at it and choosing Extract Selected).
* Place this file in the root of your Memory Stick.
